Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Crypto Outcomes ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Crypto Outcomes mobile application (the "App") and the website at outcomes0020.com. By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
1. The Service
Crypto Outcomes is an information utility that displays public cryptocurrency market data, news, and curated milestone outcomes with a deterministic progress score calculated from publicly available data. Progress percentages are arithmetic — they are not predictions, odds, or forecasts.
2. Not Financial, Trading, or Gambling Advice
Information shown in the App is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. We do not facilitate, simulate, or link to any form of trading, wagering, or gambling. You should consult qualified professionals before making any financial decision. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and you may lose all capital invested outside the App.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use does not violate any applicable law or sanction.
4. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use the App on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
5. Restrictions
You agree not to, and not to permit others to:
- Copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App, except as expressly permitted by law.
- Use the App to violate any applicable law or regulation, or to infringe the rights of others.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the App or its underlying APIs in a manner that disrupts service or exceeds reasonable use.
- Remove, obscure, or alter any notices of copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights in the App.
- Repackage, re-distribute, or sell the App.
6. Third-Party Data
The App displays market data, news, and sentiment indicators sourced from third parties including CoinGecko, CoinDesk Data, and Alternative.me. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. Third-party content is subject to the terms and policies of those providers.
7. Service Availability
We provide the App on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that data will be available in real time. Offline caching is a best-effort feature and may not reflect the latest state of the market.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its code, design, text, images, and logos, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited license in Section 4, no rights are granted to you by these Terms.
9. User Content
If you submit content to us (for example, via the contact form), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and improving the App.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of data. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or be error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the App — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed USD 50 or the amount you paid to use the App in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the App, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our service. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
